Job Descriptions:

• Provide on-site support to coordinate with customers, warehouse team, operations team and transport control tower to ensure shipping orders are properly followed up.
• Execute SOP so as to deliver services as required and handle customers’ enquiry on transportation issues.
• Coordinate with operations team for daily order dispatch and upload.
• Manage fleet team for dock management, daily delivery and POD return.
• Perform field audit for on-site operations.
• Escalate delivery abnormality as per the escalation procedures with follow up.
• Provide refresh training and coaching to carrier for operations improvement.
• Assist in any special duties / ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management.
• Prepare monthly reports if needed, including preparation of necessary documentation.

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in related disciplines
• 3 years relevant experience in handling customer correspondence / customer relations in Logistics field, perfectly with cross border trucking experiences
• Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills  and problem solving and telephone handling skills
• A good team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
• Customer-oriented, proactive and well-organized and able to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with good sense of responsibility.
