Responsibility:

• Handle full set air import/export documents and shipments including booking with airlines & co-loaders, coordinate with warehouse and subcontractor
• To follow up shipment status
• Handle daily operation related enquiries and correspondence
• Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders and follow up
• System data entry

Requirements:

• F.5  or above / Fresh graduates are also welcome
• At least 2-3 years relevant experience in air freight forwarding
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office, including Excel and Word
• Work location: Kwun Tong
• Working day: 5.5 days

This is an exciting and challenging role. We require someone who has experience in the end-to-end carrier industry and is abreast of all carriers and industry related innovation. You will need a detailed understanding of international e-commerce propositions and processes.
