Job Purpose:

“To follow instructions from the Warehouse Supervisor to complete the assigned job within the lead time”

Key Accountabilities:

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Operations for Online Departments

• Follow-up email and communication with stores / customer care department
• Handle the return goods from online order and confirm the return in system
• Update summary for online order record
• Prepare weekly reports and send to management team
• Confirm transfer box
• Help pack centre to handle online orders
