Role responsibilities: 

• Manage the VAS operations of customers’ account and deliver excellence of service fulfilling the requirement of customers
• Communicate with customers to understand the updated VAS service requirement of customers and their industries
• Identify potential business lead and develop opportunity and VAS business
• Monitor the implementation of new VAS projects and ensure smooth operations
• Attend customers’ meetings and workshops and present the VAS solutions for customers queries and service requests
• Build up close working relationship with suppliers / subcontractors ensuring smooth provision of service to end customers
• Monitor and evaluate the service level and performance of suppliers are up to standard
• Ensure the site, workflow or SOPs are in compliance with quality requirement and audit
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:  

• Tertiary education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production or related disciplines
• At least 7 years of experience in VAS operations with GMP / GDP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong business acumen and customer oriented
• Strong knowledge of FMEA and LEAN Six Sigma principles and standards
• Excellent communication; interpersonal and leadership skill
• Able to work in a fast-pace; team-base environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
