The Role
As an Operations Graduate Trainee for The New Luncher, you are a key player in the business. From packing to delivery, you ensure our delicious lunch boxes reaches our customers without issue. Your goal is to maintain food safety, ensure students and staff faculty are well fed. Your success will help The New Luncher expand, ensuring quality lunches can reach more schools. Work in a lively and dynamic environment whilst you build your food and beverage career in an experienced team!

Responsibilities
Sorting lunches for students, ensuring children receive their desired meals.
Distribution and recollection of lunch bags.
Maintain food safety for delivery.
Delivery van loading and unloading.
Interact with international school students, staff and PTA to solve on site issues.
Report to Operations and Customer Service teams for on-site issues.
Ensure workspace and lunch bags all meet food safety standards, including disinfection work.
Preparation work for next day delivery.
Any other operation duties as required.

Requirements
Education Level: HKDSE (equivalent or above welcome).
Must be fluent in English and eitherCantonese or Mandarin.
Courteous to on site customer inquiries.
Comfortable with outdoor delivery work.
Comfortable with heavy duty work.
Problem solving mentality.
Strong team and partner communications skill with exceptional attention to detail.
Willing to work in Siu Sai Wan (Chai Wan).
Driver’s license is a plus.

Work details
5 working days (Monday – Friday), 9 Hours workday.
Full Time position only.
