In this role, you will provide inventory control and purchasing support to Supply Chain team, mainly in Australia and UK

Main responsibilities:

• Handle order processing and coordinate with oversea offices and lens suppliers
• Analyse freight costs comparing amongst different forwarding and courier services providers
• Conduct Brand Loyalty, OOS for Lens & Frames, and order fulfillment report on monthly basis.
• Get involved in regular meetings with Lens and Frames’ suppliers
• Assist Supply Chain Manager to monitor inventory levels and to achieve the inventory target by year-end
• Involve in inventory replenishment processes and inventory control for lens & frames stocks.
• Effectively review and fine tune the existing operations procedures (SOP & WI inclusive).
• Work for the team on IT problems solving by close coordination with the IT Helpdesk in Australia.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in eye ware industry
• Proven experience of working in commercial and Supply Chain environment
• Good communication skills (both written and interpersonal)
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Advanced Microsoft excel skills and good at other Microsoft Office Applications
• Adaptable, embracing and supportive to change
• Ability of multitasking, prioritizing and working with deadlines
• Organised and planned approach to work, attention for details
• Pro-active, problem solving attitude
