Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end financial statement closing
• Prepare voucher entries and data input for G/L, AR and AP, etc.
• Handle full set of books and prepare financial statements
• Handle payments, expenses reimbursements and petty cash
• Prepare accounting breakdown/ schedules for monthly financial statements and annual audit
• Monthly inter-company reconciliations and bank reconciliations
• Occasional outdoor work for bank transactions when required
• Assist in general clerical support and ad-hoc assignments if necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting, Finance or business-related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in commercial field
• Able to handle full set of accounts and management report is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS office and FlexSystem
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Stable, well-organized, detail-minded, high level of initiatives at work
• Willing to work overtime if occasionally required
• Immediately available is preferred
