About the Job

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Finance team in Hong Kong and overseeing the local accounting teams across the regionals
  • Performing business partnering with different BUs and teams by giving out performance review, KPI analysis, etc.
  • Working closely with the sales & operation team to ensure organisational financial stability
  • Preparing and publishing the financial statements on a monthly basis
  • Managing the corporate level booking, monitoring annual budget and expenditure, preparing management reports and cost analysis of overall business
  • Driving income generation and playing a key role in the business financial and strategic planning
  • Responsible for ensuring that business units within the region are compliant with Group finance, internal control policies and local regulatory requirements; liaise with regulators and auditors when necessary
  • Involving in the system migration and implementation project


Skills and Experience Required

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance; Qualified CPA, Big 4 background is a plus
  • Minimum 6-10 years relevant experience and past experience in managing a team, preferably with MNC or Start Up background
  • Experienced in system improvement and migration
  • Able to work under pressure with scheduled deadlines, flexibility and challenge lover
  • Great presentation and inter-departmental communication skills, strong critical thinking and creativity
  • Great team player and able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and summarise complex information for onward communication to internal key stakeholders and externally
