The position will assume the responsibility of :

• Preparing consolidated management account & other financial reporting for the Group
• Coordinating Group interim and annual audit with external auditor
• Monitor Budgets of construction projects
• Preparing profit tax computation
• Overseeing the internal control policies and procedures and to provide financial support to management teams, and
• Performing various ad hoc projects as required

Requirements are as follows:

• University graduate with a major Finance and Accounting or equivalent
• Qualified Accountant and member of professional body
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experiences which include at least 2 years’ commercial experience gained from construction contracting / trading industry with exposure in PRC is preferable
• Proactive and mature person who is able to work both indepedently and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel to PRC and spoken Putonghua
