Duties

- Monitor business performance with business reporting and financial analysis

-  Identify business and control issues with recommendation for improvements

- Analyze actual performance against approved business cases

-  Participate in business case system enhancement project

-  Support the team in any ad hoc project analysis

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred or equivalent work experience

-   Minimum of 3 years of experience related to reporting, and financial analysis,

-   Familiar with Flex system is preferable

-   Proficient in Microsoft Office (with VBA knowledge will be an advantage)

-   Self-motivated, independent, able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadline

-   Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
