Requirement:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hands-on accounting matters including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Familiar with Flex Accounting Software is advantage
• Knowledge of ERP system is preferred
• Commitment to tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skill with good initiative and ability of prioritizing workload
• Good command of Written & Spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Verify AP invoices and arrange payment to suppliers
• Apply supplier payment in Flex system
• Input staff reimbursement report for other region
• Prepare prepayment or trade deposit to supplier and accounting schedule
• Assist to prepare the documents for factoring and submit to bank
• Assist in ad hoc duties when required
