Objective of the Position

He or she will assist in preparing monthly management report, accounts analysis, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts, and administering data of receipt, payment, journal vouchers, asset management and inventory system data analysis.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Assist to prepare monthly financial reports, reporting packages, forecast, budget and various consolidated financial analysis
• Interact closely with operational offices in HK, Macao and China and reconcile intercompany balances
• Liaise with auditors, tax representatives and other parties on accounting issues
• Handle daily accounting duties and ad hoc projects

Basic Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Member of Recognized Accounting Institute is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in implementing new accounting system is highly preferable
• Knowledge in AX Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Computer literate & familiar with Chinese Word, Power Point and Excel
