Responsibilities:

• Chase overdue invoices within agreed timescales
• Closely liaise between the customer and the sales team to ensure all relevant debts are managed smoothly
• Maintain accurate records of all chasing activities
• Assist supervisor in performing E-invoicing
• Handle any finance related tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above in Accounting or related discipline
• 5 years relevant working experience, experience in handling credit collection and accounts receivable is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• A team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Independent, attention to details, well organized and able to meet tight deadlines
