Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collection of data from vendors and data entry 
• Responsible for quotations and invoices handling
• Perform routine administrative functions such as document filing and generate reports
• Provide support to the other team members 
• Handle customers enquiries  
• Support other ad hoc tasks when required
• Assist to generate regular financial reports 
• Provide general office administration support

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business administration or related discriplines;
• Minimum of 2 year’s relevant experiences in office administration, preferred in construction, logistics and engineering industries;
• Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-mind, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Words and Excel; Chinese word processing
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Chinese
• Driving License is preferred.
• Immediate available is preferred.

Working Locations:

Main office: Tuen Mun Central Square

Willing to travel between different offices when necessary.
