Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate payroll
- Supervise team members to deliver quality HR and payroll services
- Prepare human resources documents such as handbook, employment contract, letter etc
- Respond to potential clients inquiries
- Maintain good client relationship
- Provide HR advisory services
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years of payroll and HR experience
- Working experience in payroll outsourcing industry preferred
- Knowledge and experience in Hong Kong payroll and familiar with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and relevant taxation legislation
- Entrepreneurial with ability to resolve issues successfully
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy interactions with people
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
For those with more experience, we can consider for the position of Senior HR and Payroll Officer or Assistant Manager.
