Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate payroll
• Supervise team members to deliver quality HR and payroll services
• Prepare human resources documents such as handbook, employment contract, letter etc
• Respond to potential clients inquiries
• Maintain good client relationship
• Provide HR advisory services

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years of payroll and HR experience
• Working experience in payroll outsourcing industry preferred
• Knowledge and experience in Hong Kong payroll and familiar with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and relevant taxation legislation
• Entrepreneurial with ability to resolve issues successfully
• Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy interactions with people
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese

For those with more experience, we can consider for the position of Senior HR and Payroll Officer or Assistant Manager.
