We are looking for clinic receptionists to provide hospitality to our clients and assist medical center daily operations

Responsibilities:

• Greet our clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, handle enquiries and client’ registrations
• Provide clerical support to medical staff during examinations as needed
• Follow up clients’ reports and schedule follow up consultation
• Be a cashier to handle payment by cash, credit card and mobile payment
    

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year’s relevant clinic experience preferred
• Customer-oriented and good telephone manners, multi-tasking skills and team-player with strong interpersonal
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
• Good command of Clinic solution and hands-on PC knowledge
• Immediate availability an advantage
• Shift duty is required (No overnight shift)
