Timing Services Officer

We, Race Timing Solutions Ltd., provide organizers of mass participation athletic events (triathlon, road running, trail running, open water swimming, cycling, adventure racing, etc.) with accurate, prompt and athlete-friendly registration, timing and results publication services. We are now recruiting Timing Services Officer to join our dynamic team.

Job duties

• Provide on-site sports timing and results processing services in various mass participation sports events
• Perform event planning and data processing duties to ensure smooth operation of timing services.
• Assist in the daily operation of the office.

Essential Requirements

• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Happy to work in outdoor environment
• Able to work in fast paced and challenging environment
• Able to work in weekend and overnight
• Able to solve problems with logical and analytical mind
• Attention to detail with commitment to high quality service 

Other advantageous but non-essential qualities

• Prior experience in mass-participation sport events
• Knowledge of SQL commands, preferably even SQL server
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
• Holder of driving license 1 & 2

Salary will be commensurate with skills, academic and/or job credentials and prior experience.

Position ideally suits to a fresh graduate seeking a challenging yet rewarding role. Training will be giving to be enable promotion to Lead Timer position within a year.
