Registration and Event Administrator

We, Race Timing Solutions Ltd., provide organizers of mass participation athletic events (triathlon, road running, trail running, open water swimming, cycling, adventure racing, etc.) with accurate, prompt and athlete-friendly registration, timing and results publication services. We are now recruiting Registration and Event Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Job duties

• Perform pre-event preparation duties to ensure smooth operation of timing services.
• Communicate with participants by e-mail and phone in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Assist in the daily operation of the office.
• Manage helpers and part-time staff in performing preparation works in good order

Essential Requirements

• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• A team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with commitment to high quality service
• Able to work in fast paced and challenging environment
• Able to solve problems with logical and analytical mind
• Willing to work occasionally in weekends, Sundays and Public Holidays

Other advantages but non-essential qualities

• Leadership skills
• Prior experience in mass-participation sport events
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / PhotoShop
• Holder of driving license 1 & 2

Salary will be commensurate with skills, academic and/or job credentials and prior experience.
