Job Description
Human Resources Officer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling monthly payroll calculations and reports, including medical claims, MPF enrollment and employees’ tax return
- Providing all-round HR function support, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, as necessary
- Roster, leave and attendance management
- Responsible for candidate sourcing and selection, such as CV screening and conducting interviews
- Managing and updating employees’ profiles,visa applications and training applications.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years relevant HR working experience
- Experience in construction/engineering industry would be an advantage
- Mature and responsible
- Able to work under pressure; Good team player with strong communication skills 6.Immediate available is preferred
