Human Resources Officer:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling monthly payroll calculations and reports, including medical claims, MPF enrollment and employees’ tax return
2. Providing all-round HR function support, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, as necessary
3. Roster, leave and attendance management
4. Responsible for candidate sourcing and selection, such as CV screening and conducting interviews
5. Managing and updating employees’ profiles,visa applications and training applications.

Job Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma/Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
2. Minimum 3 years relevant HR working experience
3. Experience in construction/engineering industry would be an advantage
4. Mature and responsible
5. Able to work under pressure; Good team player with strong communication skills 6.Immediate available is preferred
