Job Description

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include but not necessarily be limited to the following areas:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits and employee relations, etc
  • Provide full range of secretarial support to CEO in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform effective executive duties to support the CEO – agenda coordination, reports compilation, presentation materials preparation and travel arrangements etc.
  • Handle the administrative work of the organization
  • Support donor activities and organization events
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal skills; Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Well-organized, with strong capability to perform multi-tasking under pressure
  • Agree with Plan International’s mission and vision and observe strictly to data privacy and policies of safeguarding children and young people
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
