Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

To develop a training system as well as training effectiveness system and set a training target to meet company strategies
To develop capability of Adjunct Trainer among retail talents to lead seasonal product training
Deliver training programs and provide field coaching for sales team
Identify training needs for the respective region wholesale/partner team
To create partnership with wholesale team to better understand and meet their training needs
To adapt resources from VF Retail Academy and tailor-made training materials to cope with the development of business and company strategies
To maintain updated training database and advise technical guidelines and assist monitoring and enhance training productivity
To participate in various training and HR projects/initiatives (e.g. advancement criterion, talent development, succession plan)
To organize and conduct training programs to partner’s trainers’ operations and sales staffs
To provide KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for staff performance evaluation/grading. (E.g. retail training level attainment, product level training attainment, etc.)
To leverage Mobile- learning platform & contents to fulfill learning needs from partners
To make regular shop visit to expedite program of sales and service skills

Job Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
8-10 yrs experiences in training, preferably in retail and customer centric industry
Excellent communications & Presentation skills
Passionate, energetic and creative
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
