Job Descriptions:

• Handle trade transactions, manage the team, and provide guidance to the teammates.
• Adopt an organized approach to perform daily operations, meet deadlines and illustrate efficiency and accuracy in all trade operation related tasks.  
• In addition to the tradition trade deals, assist to handle and review the Bank Guarantee, Standby LC, Front/Back to Back LC deals, etc.
• Ensure full compliance with the HK regulatory requirements and bank internal guidelines/procedures when going through the daily routines.  
• Prepare returns/reports or maintain good registers for internal use or regulatory reporting purposes.
• Complete any ad-hoc tasks/missions/jobs assigned by the Management and/or Immediate Supervisor.

Requirements:

• University degree or above. Relevant professional qualification/certificate (e.g. CDCS, CITF, CSDG, etc.) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in trade finance / trade operations (at least 3
• years of relevant experience of managerial post or above).
• Good understanding of relevant international rules and practice (e.g. UCP600, ISBP745, ISP98, URDG758, etc.), HKMA AMLO Guideline and HKAB Guidance Paper on Combating Trade-based Money Laundering.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Commodities and Structured Trade Financing.  Knowledge in Factoring business is an advantage.
• Self-initiated, analytical-minded with strong business acumen.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer software such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin Chinese (Putonghua) is a plus.
