Job Description
Our clients is an international bank and they are seeking for experienced Mortgage Specialist/ Mortgage Manager from all levels to join their banking teams.
Responsibilities
- Handle mortgage applications and follow up the process until loan disbursement
- Provide mortgage services to existing bank customers
- Develop new customers or business partners (solicitor firms, property agencies, referral intermediaries, etc)
- To achieve mortgage sales target
Requirements
- Completed HKDSE
- Good networking with property agent, solicitor firm is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with Property Agent or Personal Loan Sales will also consider as Mortgage Specialist
- Fresh Graduated are also welcome as Mortgage Specialist
- Only consider over 1 year Mortgage sales experience as Mortgage Manager
