Our client, a top tier Chinese investment bank, we looking to hire a Manager to join their Corporate Finance Division to focus on execution on corporate finance assignments including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and Financial Advisory

about the job.

• Handling corporate finance assignments, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate advisory and other fund raising activities
• Manage corporate finance engagements including loan syndication, acquisition finance, projects finance, financial advisory
• Executing business transactions and maintaining client relationship, coordinating the work of other professional parties on the transactions
• Communicating with regulatory authorities, including SFC and the Stock Exchange, keeping abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations

skills & experiences required.

• Graduate from a reputable university in Accounting, Legal, MBA and/ or CFA qualification will be advantageous
• Holder of Representative Licence for Type 6 regulated activity preferred
• At least 3 years or above working experiences in Corporate Finance in banks or well-established financial institutions
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skill
• Analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Able to work on tight deadlines and under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
• Willing to travel
