We are a construction and engineering company, due to the expansion of our scope of business, we would like to invite suitable candidate to join our company and assist the coordination of “The Three-Runway System Project” and other civil construction projects.

Site Agent / Project Manager  

Major Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the implementation of construction projects 

- Collaborate with other teams and subcontractors to complete project according to the  schedule

- Work closely with HR, Admin & Financial Department in daily operation

- Work with site foreman for the management of the construction site to ensure the smooth functioning of the site

- Report project progress regularly and prepare proposals and reports as required

- Maintain financial records, quotations and invoices handling

- Provide on-site supervision as required

- Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

- Degree holder (Study in Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines is an advantage)

- 5 years or above relevant working experience in civil construction management / engineering

- supervision experience on construction site is an advantage 

- Good communication skills and time management

- Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, Chinese word Processing, Auto Cad

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

- Independent and able to work under pressure

- Willing to working between offices and sites

- Driving license, green card

- Immediately availability is preferred

Benefits / others:

- average 5.5 working days per week (long/short week )

- Working Location: Tuen Mun Central Square and construction sites 

- 2-year contract, renewal of contract subject to performance review

- 13- month salary 

- 7-day annual leaves

-  Monthly Salary: HK$26,000 (subject to working experience)
