Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 10 years relevant experience in tendering and post-contract.
• Less experience to be considered as Assistant QS
• Site Experiences in relevant role and of which 5 year must be gained in Main Contractor

Responsibilities :

• Contract administration and tendering and sub-letting of sub-contractors and suppliers 
• Commercial management of subcontractor's account
• Handle contractual issues and assist project coordination.
• Be involved with the negotiation and settlement of variations & claims with consultant
• Assist in the preparation and settlement of final accounts
• Handling and preparing of tenders.
