Job Responsibilities

• Assist Facility Manager to implement preventive maintenance, repair and replacement works to ensure all maintenance, system, equipment, security, cleaning, administration and documentation in good addition.
• Support regular and emergency maintenance services, inspection and repair, including work overtime if necessary.
• Assign our technician to perform maintenance duties and job allocation.
• To perform ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by supervisor
• Liaise with government authorities, contractors, and suppliers when required.

Requirement

• Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant experience , with 3 years solid experience at supervisor level in building properties.
• Familiar with DMC, BMO or other professional qualification (E.g MHKIS etc.)
• To provide comprehensive property management services including budgetary control, repair and maintenance , day to day operations. etc.
• Good interpersonal, communication , supervisory and management skills
