Responsibilities

l   Direct report to the Group Chairman

l   Responsible for providing advices and strategy to senior management on overall quantity surveying aspects on property development projects, coordination and management for building cost, planning and procurement.

l   Give advices and support to cost analysis, budget control, measurement and collation of records at the construction sites.

l   Review tender documents, contract award process, quote inquiry with suppliers and sub-contractors. Give advices on improvement and correction.

l   Provide legal and contractual advice to senior management on various contract matters.

Requirements:

l   Bachelor degree or above with professional qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines with RICS or HKIS professional qualification.

l   At least 5 years QS experience with 3 years of experience in PRC building projects.

l   With quantity surveying audit experience with sizable property developers is an advantage.

l   Strong business sense and analytical mind

l   Strong leadership and communication skills to work with senior executives across various business and functional groups

l   Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

l   Frequent travelling is required
