Responsibilities:

• Complete 6 months of in-house training.
• Prepare training materials, training reports, analysis & administration documents.
• Deliver training to staff & customers.
• Provide technical training & support in Hong Kong, Macau & China.
• Organize training schedules & record attendance of training.
• Coordinate with manufacture for new car type approval process.
• Regularly attend improvement training.
• Assist in company events.

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher diploma in Automotive Engineering & Degree in Engineering or relevant qualification.
• At least 8 years related experience in motor industry.
• Ability to prepare training materials & deliver training to staff & customer independent.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Work individually, self-discipline & responsible.
• Initiative with good interpersonal, polite, presentable & presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin (Multilingual candidates will have an added advantage).
• Strong written communication skills in both English & Chinese.
• Possess valid driving license will be an advantage.
