Toys Engineering Manager

Imperial Entertainment International Limited

Drives product development as defined by management, from product concept to commercialization, working closely with internal teams and vendors.
Participates in regular product development meetings with all concerned parties
Provide technical engineering support to the product development process
Coordinates with manufacturing facilities to resolve production related matters.
Maintain an archive of product specifications and signed samples.
Maintain an archive of engineering documents such as BOM, MSDS, CAD, Mold drawings, Tool Plans, ECN etc.

Requirements:

Degree in industrial engineering discipline or relevant
Minimum 10 years relevant engineering/manufacturing experience.
Must have experience in Toys.
Technical know-how and seasoned experience of plastic injection molding, metal extrusion, die-cast is a must.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English & Mandarin is essential.
Self-motivated, well-organized and possess the ability to work independently.
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills. Attention to details is a must.
Positive attitude and team player mindset.
