Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing & Client Services Executive is responsible for supporting our high profile client hotels with their tactical F&B and Rooms promotions for their loyalty membership program, executed via eDM, SMS, and social media. You will be liaising with the hotels directly on an ongoing basis and meet regularly to review and discuss the F&B Marketing & Member Engagement Calendar.

In addition, the Marketing & Client Services Executive will support GMS and the hotels in their business development efforts, in particular the corporate (bulk) sale strategies. The area of coverage is Hong Kong and Macau.

In this role, you will report directly to the GMS Area Director Hong Kong & Macau and a dotted line to Group Marketing. You will be based from our office in Tsim Sha Tsui - East.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support hotels with tactical and strategic marketing campaign planning and execution for member acquisition and engagement, in co-operation with GMS Marketing team
  • Work with GMS and the client hotels on developing strategic partnerships and corporate sales with banks, credit companies and high-profile companies in the region
  • Implementation of digital marketing and social media initiatives with our client hotels to engage with members
  • Ensure hotels follow SOP’s for use of on-property programme merchandise and collaterals and member engagement programmes
  • Work with GMS Area Director to maintain client relations


KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing  
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital media and marketing channels
  • Experience in working with international hotel chains and/or hospitality industry is a distinct advantage
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
