We established lots of business relationship with various corporate clients. We assist in their recruitment projects and help them place suitable candidates into their positions. We are now looking for an Accountant Executive to facilitate the daily operation in our back office.

Responsibilities

1.    Supporting the regional Head office in preparing full set of accounts including financial reporting

2.    Supporting the Finance Director in doing the ad hoc duties

3.    Preparing monthly balance sheet schedules & reconciliation

4.    Assisting in Accounts Receivable function & related reporting

5.    Doing credit control

6.    Performing for accounts Payable function & cost allocation

7.    Liaising with external auditor, tax agent & corporate secretary

Requirements

1. University student with degree in Accountancy or equivalent accounting qualification

2. Proficient in MS Excel and other MS office applications

3. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in any accounting fields

4. Familiar with accounting knowledge

5. Good organizational and communication skills

6. Meticulous, hands-on and good team player
