Responsibilities:

• Mainly handle account payable reconciliation and relevant reports independently.
• Handle operating expenses reimbursement.
• Monitor invoice issuing.
• Prepare monthly reports and schedule timely.
• Assist in month-end closing.
• Handle ad hoc project.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with LCC Intermediate Level or above.
• One year accounting experience.
• Proficient with MS Excel knowledge and experience in FLEX system preferable.
• Strong PC skill and Chinese typing (倉頡/ 速成).
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
• Good communication, independent and interpersonal skills.
• Saturday on duty is MUST.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
