Job & Responsibilities:

• Report to the Director, Financial Controlling APAC

• Support to business while also to advice, drive and influence business. Assist the superior and act as a team to ensure business and operations are in compliance with proper control in place at all times.

• Coordinate of all controlling and finance activities and giving guidance to the team in day to day controlling and finance activities.

• Full range of accounting and financial service, periodic management reports, various analysis.

• In depth knowledge of Domestic Accounting standard, IFRS and application in business scenario.

• Effectively manage the working capital components of the company with specific attention to stock debtors and cash balances.

• Monthly closing of book for expenses, revenue, assets and liabilities for accurate reporting and Monthly Financial KPI with strong focus on Internal Financial Control. Drive Process improvement in area like customer ordering to cash, P2P, Product return/warranty, inventory planning & supply chain and other business processe.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification with CIMA/CPA/MBA in Finance.

• Over 7 years’ experience as Business Controller.

• Strong sense of compliance with laws and regulation at all times.

• Professional in Accounting standard, Taxation, corporate and control process, preferably with strong progressive experience relating to accounting, financial planning & analysis and controllership.

• Experience in Budgeting, Costing and analysis for performance and management including variance analysis an cost control reporting and recommendations, prepare Budgets & forecasts.

• Excellent influencing and collaboration skills with senior management.

• Hands on experience of accounting entries and finalization of accounts in SAP R3.

• Proven financial analytical and business modeling skillset.

• Fluent and proficient in English.

• Proactive, collaboration skills and effective communication skill are essential.
