Key responsibility:

• Responsible for account payable, validate the payment process of the suppliers, staff expenses reimbursement
• Prepare account reconciliation, accrual schedules and facilitate back office to carry out month end closing operations
• Assist in reviewing consolidated financial statement for Hong Kong and Taiwan markets and any relevant reporting requirement
• Assist in financial planning and report such as budgeting, forecast and actual performance analysis
• Liaise with internal treasury to prepare cash flow forecast
• Take initiative to coordinate Hong Kong statutory and tax filings
• Participate in year-end audit
• Perform ad hoc assignments when required

Required Experience & Skills： 

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related disciplines
• At least 2 years accounting related working experiences in Multi-National Company
• Self-motivated with good attention to details, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines  
• Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel
• Proficient in SAP or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is an advantage but not a requirement
• Demonstrated knowledgeable of the accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
