Job Responsibilities

• NA Traded Goods price management
• NA Support Commercial Teams with reviewing tenders and customer quotes
• HK Account Receivable – work with stake holders to support the collections and minimize late/overdue payments
• Maintenance of costing within costing system (Oracle) regularly and ensuring an accurate and timely analysis of product costing to support business pricing decision-making.
• HK Inventory management – work with the stakeholders to manage inventory levels
• Review existing policies/procedure and provide recommendation for improvement
• Develop reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
• Generate PPV reports and analyze findings
• Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports for submission to management 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting or Finance or related discipline.
• At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in Manufacturing industry.
• Hands on experience in ERP systems, preferably with Oracle experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to deal with multiple parties.
• Strong in analytical skills and attention to details.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
