Job Responsibilities:

• Providing timely and inspirational financial analysis to Finance Manager and Management
• Responsible for management reporting and analysis across all functions of corporate finance (month-end close and reconciliations, AR, AP, cash and treasury, consolidation, etc.)
• Working with corporate and local finance teams, operational units and other departments closely on all processes and projects
• Handling hands-on daily operations, e.g. handling payments, master data maintenance, banking relationship
• Supporting Finance Manager and Director on various improvement projects, including process automation and alignment, system change and interface, new module development, etc.
• Supporting management on occasional corporate financing projects
• Assisting Finance Manager on group audit and local tax compliance
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Qualification:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
• Member of HKICPA/ACCA or other professionally recognized degree
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant working experiences, preferably with Big 4 audit experiences
• Familiar with the latest HK accounting standards and taxation reporting requirements
• Proficiency in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent, mature, motivated, pro-active and willing to learn with good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in Oracle Accounting System is preferable
