Responsibilities:

-         Review daily balance of bank accounts and report to the management

-         Manage account payable and receivable activities in a timely manner

-         Review the rental income and loan payment of leasing projects

-         Handle fund transfer to maintain sufficient funding of the company

-         Prepare audit report, company budgeting reports on annual basis

-         Assist in ad-hoc assignments and report to General Manager

Requirements:

-         Bachelor's degree or above

-         Great education background is a plus, preferably from world top ranked          universities

-         Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English

-         Great team player
