The Requirements:-

• Revenue booking transaction by business teams
• Handle all AR/AP transactions of clients and brokers/underwriters and its related reconciliations
• Prepare aging reports
• Prepare collection statements
• Arrange settlements after reconciliation
• Liaise with internal departments or external parties to resolve customer enquiries or overdue accounts
• Process and support claims and expenses payment
• Diploma holder in accounting
• At least 2 years' experience in accounting preferably in insurance industry or related financial institutions
• Experience in using accounting system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, well-organized and a good team player
• Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is higly preferred
