Candidate Profile: 

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of account for monthly reports purpose for Hong Kong and Urumqi offices
• Handle invoicing, receipt and payment process for Hong Kong office.
• Manage the bank account and cashflow for Hong Kong and Urumqi office.
• Prepare financial statements such as monthly and annual accounts.
• Liaise with external auditors for the yearly audit process
• Ensure compliance for Hong Kong and Urumqi office in including tax and company secretarial matters.
• Prepare annual budget package and analyse variances on monthly basis.
• Assist in ERP implementation for Hong Kong office.

Requirement :

• Degree in Accounting with a professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Min. 5 years relevant working experience, MNC is preferred
• Previous experience with accounting / ERP implementation will be advantageous
• Fluently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Team player; Good communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
• Highly organized, able to multi-task effectively
• Excellent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
