As a dependable team player, you will be the natural point of contact for our engineering and supply teams, keeping projects on track and maintaining a healthy pulse for day-to-day operations. You don't need to be an engineer; we've got electronics engineers, mechanical engineers, embedded engineers, software developers in our teams, however, as you will be working alongside them, you will need solid technical understanding and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicating with the teams to monitor and track projects and manufacturing
• Coordinate, assign, help, and support team members to keep on track and resolve operational impediments
• Manage lead times, schedules and progress to avoid bottlenecks and delays
• Act as a point of contact for the sales team and customers for engineering and supply related information
• Always asking questions both internally and externally to find process and project risk
• Pro-actively input to continuous process and efficiency improvements
• Develop relationships with, and gain cooperation and commitment to team members to achieve overall business objectives

Essential skills and experience:

• Degree or above from an accredited university or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in a multinational and/or technical organisation
• Hands on experience with ERP/PDM systems such as Oracle, SAP or similar
• Naturally gifted interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and by communication systems
• Excellent multitasking, coordination and problem solving skills with dependable record-keeping habits
• Self-motivated, helpful, and draws support as a reliable team player
• Fluent / native in English, other Asian language is an advantage
• Hong Kong citizen/resident or other immigration status with no restrictions for work in HK. Unrestricted China travel is an advantage.

Job package:

• Full time, permanent, 5 day working week (Monday - Friday)
• 9:00am ~ 6:00pm day with 1 hr lunch.
• Based in Shatin, Hong Kong office
