Job Descriptions

• Support accounts department in handling document including purchase order, invoice and accounting voucher etc.
• Handle daily accounting transaction such as transaction reconciliation, preparing accounting voucher and data entry to SAPB1
• Prepare accounting report and schedules including monthly statements and outstanding reports
• Handle petty cash reimbursement including staff travel and entertainment claims
• Assist in keeping proper record and filing of all accounting document and fixed asset register update
• Assist in year ended audit such as preparing accounting schedules and providing relevant information to auditors
• Support office administration and handling documentation

 Job Requirements

• Diploma holder in related disciplines
• 2 years or above working experience in accounting field with retail / FMCG company preferred
• Proficient in common office software (Microsoft Word and Excel) and computerized Accounting systems (SAPB1 preferred)
• Team player, self-motivated, hard working with good interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills and good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
