Job Description

Our 2 Clients is a " 1 HK Listed " & "1 Trading " companies are URGENTLY looking for suitable candidates for the post of Account position.

A.) Position     : Account Assistant (5 Day)   
     Salary        : 18K - 20K (Depend on experience)   
      Location   : Near Tai Koo MTR Station 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Accountant 
  • Handle daily AP , AR , GL account functions
  • Assist Accountant to analysis & prepare Accounting Report (Such as Monthly closing , Annual , Budget & Sale Report ... etc )
  • Handle data operations and reconciliations for Hong Kong & Overseas;
  • Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Higher Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • 2 - 3 years or above relevant working experience 
  • Experienced in Trading / Factory / Buying Office & SAP account software is preferred
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin & English
  • Within 1 - 2 months have 1 time to "Day Trip" China factory request
  • Immediate availability or Short Notice is highly preferable

B.) Position     : Account Clerk (5 Day)    
     Salary        : 18K - 19K (Depend on experience)   
      Location   : Tsim Sha Tsui x 1 ( Near MTR Station )

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts independently
  • Responsible for AR & AP, daily data entries and document filing
  • Reconciliation for Bank and current accounts with group companies
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • LCCI higher level in Accounting
  • 2 years or above relevant working experience 
  • Experienced in Trading / Factory background is an advantage 
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good Knowledge in Microsoft Excel 
  • Immediate availability or Short Notice is highly preferable
