Our client is listed one-stop medical healthcare and medical service provider in Asia with focus in creation of aesthetic, health and wellness for individuals with exciting and fast growth through organic expansion and acquisition. 

Responsibilities

• Build the internal audit, governance and business review capability of the group in ensuring the business operation  and acquired business in meeting the group strategic objectives 

• Implement systematic process in operation review with continue dialogue with business units to facilitate sustainable business growth in strategic direction and mitigating the risk exposure 

• Establish the internal control and compliance system through partnership with senior management, finance, corporate finance, HR, customer services,  sales and specialists units

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder, qualified accountant 

• At least 8 years' work experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, risk management, financial management, risk management, business improvement and analysis

• Work experience in consumer, healthcare, clinical, services sector is highly preferred 

• Execution and Operation experience preferred

• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels

• Strong analytical mind with good understanding of local market, business operation and environment.

• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
