Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepares / reviews daily funding sheet
• Prepares / reviews FRR return
• Prepares / reviews balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
•  Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years accounting working experience in Securities Brokerage 
• Working experience with finance, securities or futures firms is a must
• Experience or knowledge in MYOB accounting system is an advantage
• Proficiency in PC skills, MS Office including Excel and Word
• Immediate available is an advantage
