Our client, is a leading Financial Institution which it is a China sated owned enterprise with operations in both China & Hong Kong. To cope with their company expansion, they are going to add a headcount to support their Finance Department for full spectrum of Finance matters. This position will be reporting directly to the CFO based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

- Perform financial planning and business analysis, budgetary control, cash flow management, month-end closing, Interim and Annual Reports, tax reporting and operation review

- Responsible for the financial management of the company and monitoring all the financial functions of the business

- Review all management accounts and prepare reports for top management in a timely, accurate and efficient manner

- Comply with legal requirements, enforce internal control and Group compliance for Hong Kong listing requirements and regulations

- Provide and support feasibility study on new business and projects

- Establish and refine financial policies and systems to improve management efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

 - Bachelor Degree or above in Finance or Accounting with professional accreditation such as CFA/CPA/ACCA

-  At least 7 years’ experience with at least 2 years in managerial level

- Big 4 training essential

-  Previous working experience in Hong Kong listed company a must

-  Familiar with Hong Kong and China accounting, legal and tax systems is an advantage

-  Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment

-  Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin
