Responsibilities

• Perform routine accounting duties for the project companies, including but not limited to preparation of payments, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly management accounts as well as annual financial statements.
• Regular liaise with various external third parties e.g. bankers and external auditors located both in Hong Kong and overseas.
• Assist in handling company secretarial matters for project companies, such as filing of Annual Returns and maintenance of statutory books
• Any other recurring and ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the department managers.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, experience in related company secretarial field is an additional advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accountant
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded and willing to learn and develop
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Immediate availability is an advantage
