Responsibilities:

• Support Chief Financial Officer to oversee the accounting improvement project located at China
• Assist local accounting team to upgrade existing accounting system & work flow
• Review Financial Reports, Forecasting and Budget produced by local accounting teams
• Monitor local accounting teams to produce timely reports
• Prepare financial analysis for Chief Financial Officer / senior management to review
• Ensure compliance with the applicable accounting policies and internal controls for our PRC operation
• Other assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience, preferable has the experience to work in agriculture field 
• Experienced in PRC accounting and taxation is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and hands on experience in Kingdee will be an asset
• Strong problem solving skill, analytical and research abilities
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua
• Flexible to do frequent travel trips to China
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
