Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute payroll operation cycle , including but not limited to salary structure, taxation, MPF, leave benefits valuation, final payment calculation, etc.;
• Lead and execute the implementation of annual projects, such as annual salary review and bonus exercise, performance appraisal, annual remuneration system review, group insurance plans, etc.
• Compile compensation and benefits data for market surveys, analyse results and conduct pay positioning analysis to ensure market competitiveness
• Lead and maintain HRIS system projects and improvement, and proactively recommend plans to address issues
• Review, design & implement C&B policies and procedures
• Participate in regional HR initiatives and work closely with HR team in China
• Assist in adhoc HR projects and HRIS system related integration and projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience as a C&B specialist within fast paced and dynamic work environments, Banking or Financial Services experience is required (experience in Chinese enterprises will be an advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulation and relevant regulations

• Proven self-starter who shows initiative and able to work independently within dynamic environment

• Able to complete tasks in a timely manner, with the ability to prioritize workloads
• Experience in HRIS systems highly preferred
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) is a must
• Less experienced yet high potential candidates will be considered for this position also
