Main Duties & Responsibilities:  

• Follow up various kinds of project assigned by BUs and the supervisor;
• Carry out and optimize project workflow and operation by monitoring the progress and feedback;
• Track and evaluate project execution status;
• Initially find out any problems during the project implements;
• Be responsible to coordinate with each relative team to solve the issues;
• Provide project analysis reports and good ideas, make sure the project can be well done per the timeline;
• Undertakes any special project or duty assigned by superiors from time to time, within or beyond present scope of responsibilities

Requirements:

• At least one-year working experience in project execution or related fields;
• Academic background: University / College graduate.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Ability to effectively manage and coordinate the project
• Ability to meet the deadlines
• Modest, polite and with strong sense of responsibility
• Can work independently and under pressure.
• Computer knowledge: MS Windows, MS Office
